Our first ever batch of Apple Brandy. We've aged our ATOMIK Eau de Vie in small Ukrainian Oak barrels which previously held sweet white wine from the Carpathian mountains. Cask ageing gives our wonderful eau de vie a smoother rounder finish whilst adding extra fruit and spice notes.
